Ben Lippen School

Ben Lippen School is a college preparatory program offering instruction in grades K-4 through 12.

'Ben Lippen' is a Scottish phrase meaning 'mountain of trust' .

Founded in 1940 in Asheville, North Carolina, Ben Lippen later moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 1988 to be located on the campus of its parent counterpart, Columbia International University. Ben Lippen’s current student body is composed of 261 elementary students, 186 middle school students, and 328 high school students. Ben Lippen's boarding program houses many high school students from around the world. Ben Lippen is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). Over 90% of graduating seniors go on to higher education each year.
