Northwest Lexington County – Lake Murray Country

Including the towns and cities of Irmo, Chapin, and Lexington

 

One of the fastest growing areas of the Columbia Metro is the northwestern section of Lexington County in what is known as Lake Murray Country.  Lexington, Chapin and Irmo are the major towns and cities in this area and all offer outstanding housing opportunities from apartments and townhome communities, to beautifully amenitized developments and homes on beautiful Lake Murray.  In addition all three of these communities have excellent road systems with access to Interstate 26 or Interstate 20.
