The Town of  Swansea is located in southern Lexington County along U.S. 321 near the Lexington County border with Aiken County and Calhoun County.  The area is known for its rich farmland and abundant horse farms.   The town is approximately midway between Aiken and Columbia and Aiken and Orangeburg, SC.
